No. The thrust lever position roughly/generally corresponds to the selected thrust. So 85% N1 wouldn't be as far forward as 86%, etc.

The wave appears several times and seems to be part of the branding, so perhaps the aqua wave will replace the gold cheat line (old livery) or gold Boeing wave (787), which would also suggest that aqua might replace gold on the globe...

I flew several baseball charters over the years (other charters, too) and they were often to airports we didn't normally serve. In that case, we were usually ground handled by an airline that did have operations there or an FBO (Signature at KCI, for example).
