Re: Air Italy - poised to become Italy's new flag carrier?

Italy is large and rich enough to justify 2 national airlines plus easyjet and Ryanair. We are not talking Albania or Hungary here. Alitalia failed due to bad management and workforce, not because it's market is too small. I do not agree that Italy is large and rich enough for two national airlines...

Re: Man sues for mental anguish after flight lands at wrong airport

Although I graduated from law school 30 years ago, I have a sense that the legal theory of heightened liability of common-carriers (e.g., scheduled transportation providers) may make this man's lawsuit more legitimate than may appear at first blush. Not sure how he would quantify his damages, however.

Standing on its own I think the minimalist two-color approach works pretty well from a purely design perspective since they kept the crane logo and the shade of blue goes well with white (it would have looked bad with the navy blue). It's a crisp and balanced look, aesthetically speaking. But I have...

It doesn't sound like an injunction stopping the merger. It only requires seven-days notice of consummation of the deal. Since this action is parallel to the DOJ's jurisdiction Judge Alsop is very likely just going to wait and see what the DOJ does and then follow the DOJ's decision.
