Pre-screening: Several Photos

Lately I've been trusting my instincts a little more about what I should upload and what I shouldn't, but I've had some photos that I thought were just below the threshold and I wanted to get some opinions about them (some may be more below the threshold than others). As it stands only one of these ...

I guess I don't understand the issue of 2-3 years that the OP is talking about. If you live in Bangkok...there's two huge airports there. Sometimes you get a "personal" like this where it isn't all that personal - I think this is perhaps in error as Aussie18 suggests. Usually when you get a rejection with a "personal" it's because the screener is recommending something specific or talking to you about a specific flaw (or flaws) in the...

Unless you're shooting a static object, I think I'd avoid a tripod. The aircraft move too fast to make a tripod useful, at least, in my experience. As long as the debris/whathaveyou doesn't interfere with the aircraft, I don't think you'd get a rejection for that. I guess I would ask - did you rework this as a .psd file or did you further edit the existing JPG? I don't claim to be an expert, but... I think it needs just a tiny bit more CCW rotation. One thing that makes rotating difficult is that some aircraft sit low in front, so if you're processing a shot like this, an even horizon is going to make the fuselage look odd to your eye, at first.
