There was a media event at the plant just two days ago, and in that time some pictures of the 777 line were made public - taken on Wednesday. There was no evidence in those photos of any accidents or damaged fuselages that I could see.

The 77W always struck me as an odd sub for the 787 even when the route launched. Prior to the arrival of the 787s, ANA used the 77W. ANA's 787s have several interior configurations, but at least one of them is not so dissimilar to some of their 767s - wouldn't it be easier to use the 767 on the rout...
