I tell passengers all the time that "we are not a cargo airline" when they bring oversized bags, overweights, or boxes to check-in. I think boxes should be banned (I enjoy our box embargo periods).

If you decide not too; domestic E-ticket service check-in via Self-Service. The line is reserved for international travel or paper tickets/minors.
