Under my reading...Article 3 Section 3 of the agreement where Norway and Iceland were included into the Open Skies agreement: the USA and the EU both have the unilateral right to terminate either Norway or Iceland from the Open Skies agreement with 1 years notice. I just thought that was interesting.

AA can only wind down Envoy so fast due to contractual obligations.
