American got rid of their SPs in 1994
Then I thought of World Airways. Most were converted to freighters towards the end but they were operating passenger flights for the military and chartered flights weren't they?

Are we counting them?

Weren't Mexicana's 727s notified for high altitude take offs from MEX or am I mistaken?
DC10-15 was a variant specially for AM MX too for the same reason as I recall.
