Interesting question. Gets you thinking.
American got rid of their SPs in 1994
Then I thought of World Airways. Most were converted to freighters towards the end but they were operating passenger flights for the military and chartered flights weren't they?
Are we counting them?
Just a wild thought and you might have already tried it. The Etihad Source website have you tried contacting them to see if they've got any ideas or contacts who might be able to help?Jump to post
with a really good product, its a shame they are all over the place. I have some concerns about their longevity... Not so sure about that. A close friend of mine flew them in October and and dreadful flights both ways and would never go with them again (there was a thread about their service here a...Jump to post
A couple of years ago Sir Michael Caine had to legally change his name to Michael Caine (his stage name) because his passport was showing his real name and this was causing him delays at passport checks. There's a guy I would love to get sat next to on a long haul flight. 2-3 years ago I was flying ...Jump to post
Yes extremely sad and very shocked to hear the news on Sunday. A friend and I flew in one of their DHC2s VH-AAM last year flying up the coast of Sydney Harbour and then down round the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Using the historic Rose Bay, it was a great experience. To early to tell what happen...Jump to post

I do the LHR MAD LHR run 4-5 times a year and always pick the first flight out as it's a B763. Last trip was supposed to be a B787 coming back but it went tech in LHR so 2 hours late WZ turns up instead. I guess I have an affection for WA as she's BA's oldest plane and I remember seeing her 2 or 3 d...Jump to post
[threeid][/threeid] There's also the FI 763s I think there's a VIE - STO 789 too but I could be mistaken. Not anymore, it has been replaced by an ADD-ARN-OSL flight. At the end of the day, most major airlines in Europe have at some time for one reason or another operated the 737.
