I found that strange too. I would have thought it came first as an entree type cheese platter. My initial thought is that they came out together, but yea, I am not sure. Was tasty though. Great service AF has.

I have friends who are flight attendants with HiFly (Australian Defence Force Contract) and they all say that the flight crew smoke in the flight deck, and that is where a few of the flight attendants go for a quick light up.
