BA has lost a significant share of premium business on both POS. Indian corporates are focussed on 9W, EK, and even AI. Lot of UK corporates have shifted to ME3.

AF has almost zero brand presence in India. Just Google AF and Indian service reviews. AF in itself is shoddy brand, and so good luck as it uses Joon. I think this venture will be Soon out of luck.

While business ties may not be as strong as some claim, demand to Mexico is pretty robust from Argentina. It may be lower yielding traffic to Cancun, but demand is there.
