Hi, The planes who have a ARM function at the Speedbrake have a system like this one: The wheel is equiped with a spinner, who detects the spinnup from the wheel. Hi,

Acording to my flight manual the 744 can fly 8500 miles. Just playing with my flight planner here, a route from KJFK to NZCH (Christchurch) would take 16 hours 17 minutes and 7920 miles, requearing 175 tons of fuel (177 is the max. capacity)
