The weather at both Charleston and Paine was more than adequate for any Boeing flight. If a flight plan was filed as noted on flightaware and it didn't go it was an airplane issue.

The percentage of delivery delays caused by weather over the years at the Boeing Puget Sound facilities is extremely small. As long as it isn't foggy it's not an issue.

After the B1 flight which has specific weather restrictions the only weather conditions that generally prevent production flights are fog (ccontinous very low visibilty) or lots of snow (on the runway). Around here (Puget Sound) that's probably less than 5 days a year (on average).
