Thank you for your report. They are always nice to read, with great detail and pictures, and also enjoy having the option of watching a video report. I'm not a resident of those towns, but I've been in the area alot. Yes, chino hills is a bit closer to ONT. My point in general was that it is a wash distance-wise. Not necessarily time-wise if you are arriving or departing during traffic time. But regardless most of those cities in the middle will...

Re: CI Eyes TPE-ONT Flights as Alternative to TPE-LAX

As a resident of one of these towns, that is simply not true. The driving distance is anywhere between 40-50 miles from the east LAC/north OC to LAX, and between 15-25 miles to ONT. Factoring in the traffic, the difference is night and day. MKIAZ before making such statements I'd do some research f...

Why do we have to go off site to read the report? Post it here! Because it is 2017 and some folks prefer to post on their own platforms/social media for a multitude of reasons. You don't have to leave a.net if you don't like to do so. But given that he took the time to write a report, crop, upload,...

MKIAZ I guess you don't live in the Brea , La Habra , Puente Hills and Chino Hills area nor the beach cities of the OC. If you did you would know the off peak travel time to ONT is more than halve that of LAX and the rush hour traffic up to 1/3 the time. From my Brea home, I can get to ONT in 20 min...

Southwest has an all 737 fleet because it works for them. They aren't arrogant about it nor do they trash a competitor's airplane just because it isn't a Boeing.
