I would use KMKE as my hub and start with a small, business oriented schedule to under-served or unserved destinations using small regional jets. It wouldn't surprise me if AA was pushing this. It gets them all of T5 and out of the Eagle's Nest sooner. They may even get a new hanger complex on the west end out of this.
