I know this probably would be a violation of FAA rules, but why not put up one of those velvet ropes you see in museums and stuff to keep Y and F pax in their respective cabins? Think about it, there is already a dedicated F/A for the first class cabin who wouldnt be cohorting with the steerage pax ...
