Isn't the government supposed to protect them at least on government property? and if governement doesn't do that , who will hold it accountable?

AC does hold a monopoly at YYZ which prevents any real competition coming in whether from the high end to the low end. Counting on WS to be the part of expansion is wishful thinking since WS is unproven and there is very little place for them to expand. Where do you see the other traffic coming in?
