I completely agree with you, but I honestly don't think cost is the problem. Look at the product you get on WN vs the other carriers. Much worse for now same cost. And any investment in the product just increases their costs more. Not a winning formula. What is "much worse" or even worse?...

Are there really less A321s at PHX? I would think the economics of the A321 are perfect for a market like PHX. Cannot understand the SFO reduction, even on an O/D basis.

Quite an impressive amount of resources working on the North runway. Even on Saturday there was tons of activity.

Manila is also very far, that is a lot of airplane to dedicate. You can get some very low fares relative to other destinations, PR seems to undercut most carriers.

If the develops and some business connections materialize, A350/787 might open it up down the road.

Years back it was standardize in Fully Flat seats in Business Class. Today I believe most flights are 764 or HiJ 763s. The A330s with over all higher capacity are used for more connecting passenger destinations vs LHRs focus on O/D.

All those other options are available if you click 'Refundable" options.

I am just ready for AA to upgrade the LUS A320/321 - get some main cabin extra. Without that, there is no perk to having status besides earlier boarding to get bin space.

I just booked 3 R/Ts, 2 of them were normal with Choice , Choice Essential, Choice Plus, etc. The other was Econ or First. This flight was PHX-PVR, so I assumed it was bc it was not a domestic flight.

It was always great to recently fly on these 735s, as they have the older interiors with more leg room. There was a stretch where quite a few flights Bay Area-PHX was on the 735s.
