Clearly this is because LAWA has been trying to sabotage ONT
Speed up the retirement of the CRJ200's.Jump to post
I would like to mention something. When a large company store moves to a shopping center it's called an anchor store. Then that draws more shoppers to the store and helps other businesses. When China Airlines started serving ONT, I saw it as an anchor airline and now more airlines / more service wil...Jump to post
If jetblue decides on merging with someone, and I had to pick. I’d love to see them buy Frontier and build up Denver for their west coast/mid con hub. Yes they are two very different products but you can change a product. Another one that I think would work, if it were to happen soon. Would be if t...Jump to post

The only question I have is how come there are so many slots? I thought they only had 4 pairs for LGA-DAL and 3 pairs for DCA-DAL VX successfully purchased 6 at LGA, 4 at DCA when AA-DL swapped LGA-DCA slots back in 2014. A bigger news is, AS plans to shut down DAL-East Coast flights from this fall...Jump to post
Yet Southwest Airlines have louder engines. And no complaints there?Jump to post
You can do this for any airport. Google "Phoenix Airport" then click the news tab to find the latest news. https://www.google.com/search?q=Phoenix+Airport&prmd=mniv&source=lnms&tbm=nws&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiBksfrscTaAhUH3mMKHScOAagQ_AUIEigC&biw=598&bih=335 Just type ...Jump to post
And when it comes to EUG / MFR - DEN, why not have only one mainline departure in the morning and return at night. Then the rest of the flights go to SFO.Jump to post
I would "Luv" to see Southwest Airlines have a larger presence and fly more passengers to even more cities from Denver.Jump to post
The two carriers, owned by the Alaska Air Group, are shrinking the maximum size of carry-on bags by 32%, starting in less than two months. The airlines say the new restrictions are intended to bring the carriers in line with the size limits of competing airlines. https://www.google.com/amp/www.latim...Jump to post
How much more can UA grow in Denver? Plus thinking about Salt Lake City expanding airport, they can compete more successfully against Denver.Jump to post
Alaska dropping Seattle - Lewiston, Idaho flights.

As I said earlier, Alaska is concentrated on more West Coast and intra California flying.Jump to post
San Francisco Intl (KSFO) is currently experiencing:
departure delays an average of 32 minutes
inbound flights delayed at their origin an average of 3 hours 46 minutes due to wind
As a regional pilot, I dreaded flying to SFO due to the day after day of delay programs. Must be even worse for passengers. Thankfully with my current job have not touched SFO for a few years now. Both OAK and SJC are so much better options operationally for Bay Area. Serious, everyone should avoid...Jump to post
dc10lover wrote:Isn't Delta Connection using some Embraer 175's into a 70 passenger jet? Why not AA and UA do the same? Especially UA of course.
I still believe 100% that Airbus & Boeing Aircraft will be needed because of the huge demand. There will be way more demand than just using the Embraer 175.Jump to post
Supposedly Wenatchee Washington - San Francisco starts Summer 2018 probably with United Express / Skywest. I don't see how this will work out especially if the schedule is terrible. Afternoon flight, forget it. I bet they will be using a 50 passenger crj200. Seem interesting that EAT could support ...Jump to post
I wonder if people in Medford, Oregon are willing to back track and drive to Eugene to fly non - stop to San Diego. If it was non - stop from Medford Oregon to San Diego, I am sure people from Eugene would not mind driving to Medford to fly non - stop to San Diego.Jump to post
Anything on KISP?!? I don’t know how to search! :) Nothing new. Nor I expect anything new. So far I believe people have just been looking at the route map: https://www.southwest.com/flight/routemap_dyn.html That link doesn't work but this one does: https://www.southwest.com/travel_center/routemap_d...Jump to post

Less competition and more A.Net chatter.
On that note, I predict at least one if not both will be part of B6 in 10 years.

I think JetBlue Airways is increasing on this route.
New routes on Frontier Airlines: https://www.flyfrontier.com/plan-and-bo ... obile=true It would be great if demand was strong and all of the new routes was year round instead of temporarily.Jump to post
