What is the typical takeoff flaps setting for a heavy A330-200 or A330-300X? Is it 15 degrees like on most boeings? Will the setting sometimes vary for different takeoff environments? If so, what are other possibilites, or in other words, what is allowed? Thanks a lot.

Actually BMI would hypothetically be able to do MAN-HNL with a weight-restricted A332. MAN-HNL measured in at only 6,158nm. Advertised range of the 332 is 6,500nm full pax. I know there are other factors to consider(wind, runway length, etc.).

I'm flying this route on Monday and was wondering if there is any chance of this flight being operated by a long-haul configured 763 (European first class product). I'm flying Delta in case you didn't already figure that out. Thanks.

Yea, I have the King cd-rom set and I've taken all the practice exams. I only missed one problem on the third and did nearly as well on the other two practice tests, so I'm no too worried. I just wasn't sure the what the passing score was, but now I know. Thanks

First class seats are usually used on aircraft unequipped with a crew rest cabin. There's lots of debate on the quality of first class seats among pilots for airlines like Delta.

Cessna advertises the Citation X's max range at about 3500nm. If this is indeed it's max range it couldn't make it from HNL to Wellington nonstop.

EWR-HNL

When did Continental begin flying this route nonstop, and how has it performed. Do they make money off of this route or was it just implemented to award frequent fliers. Was it always flown with the DC-10 before it was recently replaced by the 764? Thanks for any input.

I'm actually a big fan of terminal E. It's really not that much of a walk, and besides a very small percentage of daily traffic at PIT goes through the E gates.
