Pretty much every single time they show the aircraft (the character/person is on) taking off and later landing. You can pretty much bet on it they show a different aircraft.
The same goes for showing an exterior view from the aircraft that doesn't belong to the interior shot(s).

It's one of the reasons KL kept flying the MD11s for so long, lease rates were ridiculously low. New aircraft were more expensive, even despite the efficiency advantages. Replacing 12 year old A380s with new, but hardly improved A380s won't bring many efficiency advantages. Probably a bit off-topic...
