Dreadfully uninspired. LH is better than this.

Simplicity can be interpreted as smart, professional, sleek, but the line between those and boring is extremely fine. LH truly missed the mark on this revision IMHO.

United is losing customers. Their service and employee treatment of paying passengers is awful. People are realizing other airlines are more customer friendly and as such United is losing passengers. I only flew United up until its merger and after that customer service is awful. They have cut back...
