Commuting contracts are worthless as once you have signed up they can change anything. EK have been making the same promise for over a decade. I've seen the conditions....

I love how laptops are powered by lithium ion batteries which are volatile, and you have hundreds of them in a cargo hold that doesn't have systems to deal with lithium ion battery fires.
