AA announced the 757s will be stored and could return to service if demand recovers faster than expected. A few might be officially retired/scrapped but most will be in long-term storage. Looks like they’re starting to park E190s as well as wide bodies and B752s at ROW. So the E190s were supposed to be retired at the end of this summer (likely Q3 2020). But then their lives were recently extended beyond that due to the MAX grounding and A321neo delays. Should be interesting to see i...

The first, N870AX, is showing "Ready for delivery", so I guess it's in AAs ballpark when they pick it up. The second, I'd guess, is probably about a month or so later. Later in the Spring they will be arriving more closely.

I think the bigger issue is AA failed to properly update and maintain their 763 fleet. UA and DL have many 763 that are as old as AA's and yet they have no issues continuing to fly them. Is Tom Horton at fault for failing to perform adequate maintenance on the 763 fleet or was the current situation...

What is irritating is the lack of standard configurations on all aircraft. PHX to BDL thru PHL was on A321's no seat power no screens. BDL to CLT was a 737-800 and had seat power ports both 110 and USB. It also had seat back screens. CLT to PHX A321 with no power and no screens. No excuse for this ...

Strange, N409AA never seems to be utilized for flights to Hawaii. I've only seen it go to Hawaii once since it's been in the active fleet.

T1 is a newly rebuilt domestic terminal. AA frequently flies 788 to SFO from ORD, DFW and lately PHL. AA occasionally flies 772 into SFO for special purposes...such as Superbowls. To my knowledge, AA doesn't fly any international out of SFO. Is AA operating the 788 on PHL-SFO? I thought it was just...

I must have missed it, but B767-323 N385AM was flown to ROW for retirement on 1-6-2020. That leaves 16 of this type remaining in the active fleet.

AAs next ex-Frontier A319, N775XF, is scheduled to fly GYR to CLT today. This is the 8th ex-Frontier aircraft. I expect it will be another month at CLT in prep for revenue service.

A21N N408AN had a CAF today at XFW. Let’s see if it and N410AN (which already had a CAF) are delivered simultaneously to PIT this week. I'd guess on Monday or Tuesday for both aircraft, so AB can fulfill the commitment of 12 deliveries in 2019, and so AB can show the deliveries on it's books for 20...
