as said, this is a resault of a political decision of NI dont want people to fly from DUB.
the reason they subsidized this route and not NCL is because it is less important for the british government.

you can also search the IATA code of the airline(in this case EY) and the flight number in google and it will show you the flight status.

the pax on these flights are mostly connecting in YYZ/YUL.

Air China is said to start PEK-WAW in September, but not sure how they could dramatically benefit if indeed they buy a stake in LO. You do not see much benefit on part of KE from buying OK. i tried KAYAK and from MEX,BOG and LIM to DXB it gave me a one stop option in MCO with B6 and EK.
but i think most of those flights have more connections on the DXB/DOH side.
