Staffan is right... Maybe it would work for US citizens, but, what about the thousands of spotters worldwide who travel to the US for photos/tailnumber hunting ? They would not be able to be have a background screen made by the FAA, so would they provide local made background reports translated to e...
Jump to postHi folks, Some time ago, while surfing on the net, I came across an air to air photo showing a British Airways B767-300ER(Union Flag livery) which was being used on air refuelling trails. It had refuelling pods on the wing and two F18 flying in formation with him... My mistake I forgot to bookmark t...

========================== So, what you're saying is just because we require slides (in my case Kody) that it's no longer a hobby? ========================== Never said that. What I said is, regardless of KR or Fuji AGFA or what, all this should be an enjoyment activity, and most of the people see ...
Jump to postHi,
Most of the time I use the following speeds:
Action shots(jets)
1/250 to 1/500
Action shots(props)
1/90 or 1/125 - I don't like the frozen props so I increase exposure time, I like the blury effect.
Still/taxi shots
1/125
Hope this helps,
Rgds

This KR issue always leds to the auction/selling matters and I personally think all this sucks...
I don't shoot slides, whatever KR nor Fuji, thinking on a possible profit I will have in 5 or 10 years..this is nonsense.
That's a hobby after all...

Lingus... We don't have KR down here in Brazil, so we have to use Fuji or Ektachrome. I used Eckta many years ago but since 5 years I'm a Fuji user, mainly Velvia 50 or Provia 100F... I also had the opportunity to use KR, both 25 and 64, and what I can say, without trying to start and Fuji x KR war,...

Hello Chris, Regarding Rio de Janeiro: forget about it. Hi, This was 100% sure made from another plane, and I would bet my photo gear that it was made on the NATS airspace. Vertical separation is down to 1000ft (if I'm correct) and you can really make nice shots. I have a friend, F/O on Swissair MD11s, which is also a very active spotter and photog. and ...

Jump to postThomas,
Lufti has no A330s indeed and D-AIFD is 100% an A340..
About the engine, I guess it is obscured by #1 engine.. #2 engine is placed on a "lower level" in relation to #1, which might have caused this one engine missing effect.
