I have no idea how the crew avoided a riot. And I would love for law enforcement to try and arrest someone should they try to leave....

Would it have made sense to take the plane up to 15,000 feet empty with the shades down as a means to cool the plane off? Get it back on the ground, load it up and take off again before it got hot again?

It sounds too simple, so I am sure there is a reason they did not try that....

I was in the backyard grilling out some B-E-A-U-TIFUL steaks, and lo and behold, the Blue Angels C-130 Fat Albert flew over us at about 2000 feet up heading north. Any idea why he was around MLB?
