So I guess there is potential but sounds like there might not have been an actual death.

I have had a ride in a sim but they had the motion turned off. The most dangerous moment came when I spilt my coffee. Was still interesting but I was looking for a roller-coaster type of experience.

Is it true that deaths and serious injuries have resulted from time in a simulator, from being thrown around by the movement?

I have heard this a few times and it has the ring of an urban myth but I'm sure it's possible.

Hamfist is right. To make the comparison based on loss of human life assumes that Iraq was based purely around humanitarian grounds. Most of what we have seen doesn't really seem to support this. Right or wrong, it was more about economics and security.

You definitely cannot discriminate on the basis of age in Australia. This covers hiring, firing and treatment in the workplace.
