Re: DL S18 Departures By Hub And Aircraft Type

Sad to see the mighty 757 almost extinct in SLC.

Re: New entry prep home for AS A321neo's

Speaking of Alaska new deliveries, why do the latest 739s still sport Proudly All Boeing on the front? For awhile it was understandable but now is clearly a lie. The newest was delivered on May 11th.

Re: Horizon Air to resume Embraer 175 deliveries in March 2018 as pilot shortage lessens

Does anyone know if the E175 is capable of flying out of JAC? Seems like a hole in the AS/QX network, historically probably due to equipment decisions. AA/DL/UA/F9 all primarily fly the CR7 and A319 into Jackson Hole. With the E175 and A319 coming on line, AAG could possibly enter this lucrative ma...

I would imagine they could pull some pretty could loads at JAC in Wyoming.

As noted above, Frontier is coming back next summer meaning AA, DL, F9, UA will all be mainline.

The engines use the same colors but a different pattern from the standard Alaska livery. So strange.

I find it strange that AS flies to Steamboat but not Telluride, Vail or Jackson Hole. Delta flies SEA-JAC, albeit once weekly.

Re: AA Goes year-round in JAC

Somewhat surprised they aren't keeping the 319 on the route. I flew in there several times on 757s, in bother summer and winter and flights were full. They are keeping the A319 and 757s for winter and summer, just adding the CRJ at times when there used to be no service. With the wind down of the 7...

AA Goes year-round in JAC

American Airlines will offer year-round service to Jackson Hole, Wyoming beginning next spring using CRJ-700 aircraft with a mid-day turn from DFW. The past few years, AA has only flown in the winter and summer months from DFW, LAX and ORD with a mix of mainline and regional equipment. AA recently s...

Re: Frontier Announcing Multiple New Routes

Frontier is returning to JAC June 7th, 2018. Locals are ecstatic after a few years with only the big three carriers. 3x weekly seasonal DEN-JAC on an A319. AS should really get in on the action at some point too, once they figure out their pilot woes. DL flies here from their biggest hub!

Anyone notice the Prime logo has changed on Amazon.com? I assume Prime Air logo/livery will change too at some point.

Re: AS 30 more markets by 2018

With the right aircraft coming (the A319) JAC would be a logical add. DL already flies to Jackson Hole from SEA and LAX, UA from SFO and AA from LAX. Wyoming is the only western state without AS service.

CLT-JAC would be another logical add. AA already flies from DFW and LAX, recently added seasonal PHX and resumed ORD. At times Delta flies two 757s a day from ATL. JAC also recently became an Eagle station.

JAC would be a logical add from SEA, SFO, and/or LAX. Skywest flies CR7s on all three for AA/DL/UA.

Re: AA Adds PHX-JAC

This was is the OAG thread a few weeks ago. Should be interesting. I would give it time. When Horizon Air starts taking on their 30 Embraer E-175's through 2017 and beyond, I could see AS in the SEA/PDX or even LAX/SAN to Jackson Hole. But I don't think it will start out as a 737. There are no E175...

AA Adds PHX-JAC

American Airlines will add new summer seasonal service from Phoenix to Jackson Hole on June 2, 2017. PHX becomes JAC's 13 nonstop destination and the 4th for American Airlines after DFW, ORD (winter only) and LAX. Most flights into Jackson are mainline, including the new flight from Phoenix on an A3...

Re: Amazon Fleet Growing

So the next new flight started today, connecting two existing nodes, SCK and ABE. ABX3114 is running SCK-ABE this morning. Interesting to see if it just turns back to SCK, or goes somewhere new, like CLT or RFD, two rumoured upcoming nodes. Edit: It went on to CLT, a new station, as ABX3113, and ba...
