I believe ending MSP-HNL was originally planned when they started it. Was to be summer only. I might be wrong, but that is what I recall as I thought it was strange to run for the summer only.

Wow... I dont think HNL is a good idea for them Why? To me, this is a clear indication that their LAX - HNL has been working well. Any idiot and his idiot brother can fill seats out of LAX. That means absolutely nothing Hawaii from the WC is "cheap." I use cheap when compared to DL in MSP...

Curiously, MSP does NOT have a TPA flight on 10/10, nor can I find the connecting dot for TPA-MSN. It's not STL or DFW as they will run on the 12th (DFW) and not until Nov for STL.

Pre-cursor of more for MSN tomorrow?

This extension is only to March 6th. Spring break will be on the next extension which is how WN normally does this. MSP picks up a Saturday-only MCO flight. No return of LAS, DAL. Decrease to just 3x DEN which has been 4 or 5 even.

Edit: versus Dec 2017, MSP goes from 23 departures during the week down to 21. Basically, cuts to DEN (-2) and BWI (-1) YOY. OAK is the add over last year.

Based on their new model, they may lose quite a bit of loyalty in MN which, I think, will cause them to vacate some routes here. They will find other areas to be more profitable and fill their planes.

MSP-ATL today is 11 flights, all mainline, no RJs. This route varies wildly as to what aircraft they place on a particular flight number.

WN has been able to fly beyond the WA restrictions, on DAL-MSP, for how long now? And they still haven’t made it a yet-round route. Something tells me there is a reason for that.
