If these obstacles are such a heavy toll on the A350 payload, how come all those 787-9's don't have a similar issue? It's not like the A350-900 is that much bigger compared to the 787-9? Why the difference?

Nice new livery and as I thought the engines are silver colored too just like the big SAS titles on the fuselage. However, I still miss the orange colors just as the new UA livery misses the gold color in my opinion.

While I'm not the expert with detailed (inside) knowledge about their situation, what I've heard several times is that LIAT has been in this situation before in the past. Strange that the new livery is unveiled as a computer impression and not on an actual aircraft. Usually new liveries are unveiled on an aircraft. Why did SK do it this way?

Nice new livery but I liked the First Air livert more. Too bad that livery is gone.

Yes, I was also thinking the same: the same grey fuselage with large SAS titles in silver and with the same blue tail. Many people I know don't like the SK livery. I can see the part where people think their livery is too simple with minimal creativity but it is precisely that, which I like about their livery. I took this photo at LHR in July this year (SK A20N) and it looks nice:

What I see happening so far, KL is replacing their 747's full pax versions with both the 787-10 and 77W. We will get their 787-10 here in CUR and PBM will get the 77W.

What a pity to see AV cancel their 787-9 order. I would have loved to see them. I also they would need them on their MAD routes where AV has multiple flights per day to. Replacing one of those flights with the slightly larger 787-9 wouldn't have been a bad idea. Hopefully AV will get bigger aircraft...
