I worked for Eastern and we were and still are a strong family! Every airline has service issues but I can tell you, I for one, treated my customers with pride. I would love to see the new EAL thrive. It will be difficult though in MIA.

Was really hoping for WS to add ATL-YYC. I know DL would never allow a ATL-YYZ/YUL but was hoping for YYC or even remotely YVR... but it will never happen. DL refuses competition.., Look at AM. Been to/from ATL at least 5 times now... Even the DL partners are rare in ATL... yes a few but rare.

I may be incorrect, but I believe that Contour Airlines is no longer flying ATL-BWG and ended their short-lived service to ATL. VS only have 1 daily A333 to LHR instead of 2.

UP will operate three flights to ATL in April.. Interesting. I wonder if this is connected to a tour operator? UP did serve ATL decades ago and Piedmont handled their ramp at D-31.

There is a very large Korean population in ATL and also a large Kia car plant about an hour Southwest of the city. Flights on KE are always full.

Does AA publish their menus? I never fly them usually only DL since I live in the Mothership of ATL. I wish DL would publish. That way I could safely order a special meal if necessary,

I still am surprised that EK have not entered ATL. I actually prefer them to QR but am happy to see both QR and TK in ATL. I am sure that TK would do even better if the country were stable. I am sure the majority is connecting. Both carriers have great fares. I have only flown Business Class on both...
