Yes DL/ASA flew the CRJ with I believe only 44 seats to Naples, FL from ATL. I took it once. Great flight, easy in town airport.

Would love to see EK here... but I do not think at this time it is likely. EI is rumoured to be a candidate, which would be another nice low cost option to Europe. Also one or two Asian carriers in Star would be a nice fit... OZ/NH/CA...

I'm not too sure we will see EK anytime soon tbh. Would love it but seems the ME3 are not expanding as rapidly. I could def see EI o DEN-DUB. Great connections with low fares to the Continent. AV would be a perfect fit with the UA tie up. BOG is an amazing city. I have not heard of any future rumour...

I am relocating to DEN in a few weeks and joining a major airline. Will likely be in an apartment for the first year. Any ideas of nice complexes? I hear Stapleton, LoDo, Capitol Hill are good? Would be nice to be gay friendly as well. Thanks for any suggestions!

I flew ASA CRJ-200 (only 44 seats version) from ATL-APF. Service lasted maybe a year or two. I think but may be wrong that the seats were limited because the length of the runway needed a payload restriction?

Unfortunately I do not see any SkyTeam carriers starting ATL service. KQ always had ATL in mind for ATL-NBO, but I am 99.9999% that will never happen. Would have been great to see AZ/SU/MU/CZ/CI start ATL, but I seriously doubt anything will ever happen.

Kind of off topic, but I've noticed that FI will send a flight into the USA late in the day and then not return the next day? How can they do this and remain efficient? Just curious. BTW, I LOVE FI!!!

I am curious to know if Winair (WM) was able to move all of their fleet out of the Hurricane Irma destruction? I am also questioning InterCaribbean Airways as the leaders are personal friends, but I have not yet had any communications. God Bless these people! This is utter devastation.

I can see WS on ATL-YYC as they have a code share in place with DL and DL does not serve the route nonstop from ATL. CM would be a treat to PTY but the competition would be fierce with DL. B6 uses E32 for their R.O.N. and first departure. D3 a CUTE gate is used for the other flights. AS uses D3 for its 3 daily flights as well. No word on E though. I do not think PDK can accept a 788? 9X has a seasonal service to DSI. But that is all. For decades the rumours of a new airport have been floated but NIMBY and DL have not allowed that.

I am curious to see how the crowd feels about future service by some of the ULCC carriers. Would ATL be a candidate for the likes of WOW Air, Norwegian or even Iceland Air? Rumours are swirling that Swift Air is acquiring Eastern? Does anyone know if this is true? If so I would be so sad to see EAL gone. I was an employee of the original carrier and we were a great family to the end.
