Turning 737 is not that hard, not much cargo if any, and in most cases the bag count isn't very high. A fully loaded 737 can be turned in 30 easy. Turning 757 is much more difficult.

I think its a way to give back to the employees, not a bad idea. I dont like the idea of going on a vacation to a tropical destination and arriving in dress slacks, dress shirt and dress shoes. Or going on a one day trip to visit a city and have to take a change of clothes just to get on the plane. ...
