except foreign aircraft aren't supposed to do charters within the US... had a huge huge blow-up with Air Canada about this years ago when they flew some hockey teams to the States, and then to another US point. Almost *every* US Airline complained to the DOT about it.

Im not a smoker, but this is a shame. The smoking lounges were a good escape for many.

Uh, JetBlue and Southwest aren't full service carriers though. Neither has First Class, lounges, commuter feed, nor do they focus on "hub" activity. Alaska does. Seattle acts as a hub and not a spoke.
