Its a shame to see BDL lose service to LAS. I know America West offered it in years past. I'm wondering if Spirit or Frontier will pick it up, even at 4 weekly or something like that.
With Sun Country in PVD, perhaps they will try BDL as well and serve LAS and MSP less than daily.

The NRT drawdawn will continue. HKG isn't worth it. Years ago when booking to HKG, BKK, SIN, etc you had very few connecting options. Now there are SO many Chinese carriers and assorted Low Cost pieces of the connection to compete against.

I got a little carried away, but I found an awesome booking. You can book PVD-YHM with a 6 or 7 hour connection in Dublin.
Its about $1,000 roundtrip, but that would be a fun way to spend a few days. bookable from SWF also.

Maybe they will base the MAX crews and aircraft in Scandinavia and turn DUB into a mini hub? ARN, CPH, OSL-DUB-PVD, SWF, YHM and reverse. The only other option I can think of is if they move SWF and PVD to Dreamliner flights.
SWF is my hometown airport. I was glad I got the chance to take them when I did. I would hate to see them go.
