I always thought that if you get lounge access with your first class ticket that lounge access was only good on the day of travel?

Send the fuel bill to the controller for the go around and then see how funny he finds that! If you are flying an airplane and are told to go around, you don't sit there and think about it awhile. You do as instructed. Give the controller two weeks off with no pay.
