For a thick person like me... How does the Emirates order book work? They say they have ordered 150 planes however they are not buying them outright? A third party buys some (all?) and then Emirates leases them for 10 / 15 years or have I got that wrong? So this middle company stumps up all the bill...

Agreed however Manchester and Glasgow currently offer and sell a first class product on their flights whereas Birmingham doesn't at all as they (Emirates) see no market for it here, so they really need to start offering first or wait for these 2 class aircraft you mention.

I really do think you have over-milked this by trying to be too clever.
