One time I witnessed a passenger who was upset he didn't get Group 1 boarding because his flight arrived late. When he arrived at the gate, he was furious they already started boarding.

I'm not surprised. On my last flight with AA, I felt they handled the delay horribly. I was proactive and wanted to take an earlier flight and they wanted to charge a change fee.

If I were an airline with the 737 MAX, I would bring back some incentives to get people to fly the route such as complimentary checked bags, hot meals, alcohol, etc.

Does anyone else think TSA Pre-Check is a big scam? After security, you are co-mingled with the rest of the passengers. So one person can try to bring explosives and hand them off to someone else.

Really? Surely passengers could have been reaccommodated much more quickly and comfortably by their JV partner, AA.
