It's likely this plane goes to maintenance, there is another similarity if it's on maintenance I knew. A6-EBZ of Emirates looks like they last flown on 11 November the same day when this plane was last flown, now I guess both planes are all in maintenance for now.

I don't think so, maybe this livery would only remain between Etihad and Darwin Airline.
But maybe Darwin would remain its livery with Etihad CS. So that's why EY brought Darwin by 2013 or 2014 maybe in its revised livery.

Not for DL, DL will retired it during 2017 I think. Then UA retired it in 2018.
DL 747 routes is reduced as many upcoming planes is retired.

Yes WW knew this, but maybe the third runway needs to demolish some building beside the existing runway to make a new runway.
By far BA doesn't like it, so I presume there maybe a lot of traffic increase in this airport.

The other thing I know about their LGW hub is to increase capacity on both short haul and long haul aircraft and charging food and drinks from January 2017.

I don't think there's any cockpit commonality between the 717 and the 737, is there? The 717 is not really a true Boeing plane. DING DING DING! Yes, because the 717 model could be the same as what a DC-9 look like. But they use different engine. The 717 use BR715 engine and the DC-9 uses JT8D engine.
