All those are reasonable guesses. I think AA has done SJC-RDU also. The first new route that came to my mind is SJC-BOS. That market seems really underserved. AA once had 4x on that route. I’m surprise AS hasn’t added it yet. Another route that could work is SJC-IAD (or DCA if someone had the slot)...

I wonder if DL will try to link all of their focus cities up to each other. If that's the case, we'd be seeing CVG-BNA resume, plus the launch of CVG-SJC. We'd also see RDU/AUS/BNA-SJC. A few other routes I can see: IND-AUS/BNA SJC-DEN PDX-AUS/SJC DCA-BNA? They'd have to cut a frequency from anothe...

I can say I flew MCE on their E175 and LUS A319s, and had a pretty positive experience, albeit I didn't have huge expectations for either. I'd hope that their MCE product on the 777W is significantly better than the E175/A319. If you want more space and additional service, then I'd say go for it. If...

SJU, SDQ, and maybe STI have to come to mind. SJU/SDQ both used to be pretty important routes for AA from JFK, and it was a pretty similar story for STI. As a matter of fact I know they used to operate JFK-SDQ/SJU with A300s, and the same may have been true for STI.
