It wouldn't surprise me if DL closes the SEA hub. It's probably the weakest out of all of them. I expect the same for AA @ JFK. They’ve suspended all long haul flights out of there including LHR. Once again when the Feds put the ban on everywhere EXCEPT the UK, CLT, PHL and RDU were not approved cities to keep flying to LHR The approved gateway airports at the time only applied to Schengen airports. Good luck to DL on this. It's going to be tough as AA has both the AS feed on the SEA end and the BA feed on the LHR end, both of which IIRC are bigger than DL's feed on the SEA end and VS's feed on the LHR end respectively.

The obvious reality facing as is that b6 has killed them out of FLL to SFO and lax since they entered. That can easily be proved. Mint eats as out for lunch on transcons market. Considering aa itself has minimal presence at FLL. It baffles my mind you keep dreaming as will come back on these routes...

The last time I used this airport (mid 00s), you could only use one half of the runway (there had been an extension made which doubled the length, but ended up not meeting the old runway at the same level, creating a step right in the middle...) and you would barely imagine maneuvering anything big...

I have no idea what you are saying. The question is how they are maintaining these routes. And the answer is that at 3x weekly, it's sustainable for them. There is plenty of routes in their network that went down to 3x weekly and then back up to daily. A lot of these routes are just waiting for A22...

GEO requires a 757 the passengers bags are mostly heavy checked. And the flight is full NYC has a large population from Guyana. I remember loads of almost 300 bags. I think AA will do just fine. Remember the big change in Guyana is the oil boom. AA is starting not for the VFR but for oil execs and bankers heading down there. AA will price First class super high, and will get that price. So it can keep coach cheap. Jet Blue, will probably fly an all coach plane...
