Unless the U.S. auto industry all relocates to DFW, no. That's the only reason DTW-NGO exist. AA couldn't even make KIX work, at least two or three times. NGO isn't going to happen, ever.

Would running a large, split operation from airports 15 miles apart be worth it, just because MDW is not as convenient as ORD to people on the north side?
