You can have the best design on the market, if quality and customer support are deficient you are dead. The order is: LOI for 15 firm and purchase rights for 20 more ... 16 73G 32 E190 So 15 to replace the 73G's and options to replace most of the 190's, and then maybe some 190E2's down the road if the 195E2 can't work with LCY.
