Are there any guesses or actual knowledge as to who bought PH-BHY?

A few years ago 3 Combis were still flying in the Middle East I recall. Kuwait Air's 9K-ADE and Dubai Air Wings's A6-COM and A6-DAW

Could PH-BHY fill a replacement need there?

I hope this is not too dumb a question: Is the Boeing 748i still flying passenger routes during this crisis. I know this is not a model that had Combi versions but I assume passengers can still arrange flights with carriers that fly the 748i.

I recently saw that in early 2018 International Aerospace Group bought the retired KLM 744 Combi PH-BFB/City of Melbourne that had been stored by KLM. Would IAG they be doing anything beyond sourcing parts with that?

Slightly off topic... Where is the combi 747 used to fly for UAE government ? I think it was A6-COM ... was it converted to fully cargo jet ? A6-COM is I believe still flown by Dubai Air Wing. I read that some operators of Douglas DC-6 and DC-7 types would have been wiser and further ahead to stick with DC-6 only to avoid engine issues with the more powerful engine of the DC-7.
