N241NV may have been pushed into service earlier than desired due to the delayed induction of other aircraft. That might explain the hybrid livery. If they are repainting the Make-A-Wish aircraft N218NV and adding N271NV in a Winter the dolphin livery, they don't seem afraid to spend money on paint...
