Speaking of K-Mart, they always had a reputation for threadbare shirts that ripped the first time you wore them. And that was in 1980. Their quality got worse since then. I stopped going there when a bag of K-Mart potting soil killed all of my transplanted African violets in 1993.

I grew up when Swizzlers came in only one flavor.... black licorice. I, and every child of the 1960's, learned from an early age that if you ate too much, you ended up with the shits long before you ended up in ER due to messed up potassium levels.
