Unfortunate, quite a few new routes were about to be opened.
DL must be hosting a party right now. (Could we see them try TXL or BRU)

Re: Boston aviation - 2018

Yeah, definitely going to need a 763 or similar I would think, FRA would also start to get crowded in the summer with 2x daily LH, 4x weekly PF and then DL on top. But your point is definitely valid, if we look at the options out of JFK, which could potentially be mirrored at BOS if appropriate (on...

Very, they are using the aircraft to cover for carriers affected by the issue. Look at Norwegian, using an A380 to replace their 787 service, because of the engine issues.

Re: Rumor: DL launching BOS-LIS in S19

I think the U.S. airline industry is mature to the point that the carriers aren't "putting the screws to" each other like they were right after deregulation. I think that DL sees a major opportunity for a network carrier operation in BOS and SEA. They can sell their international network,...

Two interesting flights caught my eye today on Flightradar24.
A B752 departed yesterday from BOS to PHL and returned today? Any reason for the flight?
Also, a B764 flew from BOS-ATL today, currently in the air. Haven't seen those in BOS in ages, why did DL use it on the route today?
