Both engines might have quit for some inexplicable reason, and the aircraft glided until air speed was too low, it probably stalled at a very low altitude and landed belly down into the building...

Truely that was a beautiful day in usually cloudy/misty Lagos! The MMA2 terminal looks more settled these days. Nice and efficient. I only wish they would cover somehow those outdoor A/C units.
