Couple of days ago they announcing dropping a bunch of US and domestic routes, so who knows what they will be flying come next March.
Also their new CEO likely will transition them into a ULCC, so product/pricing could see big changes also.
I would not risk especially this far out.
The thing that makes me question SCASD grants is that they are available to some rather good sized airports that might already have 4-5 airlines serving them.
