Trump never shows his cards until the end. Until then everything is posturing. Let it play out.

I personally would like the deal to go thru - I'm happy seeing the Iranians spend money on airliners, instead of giving them billions in cash like Obama did to fund terrorism.

The higher percentage of WB frames delivered B vs A will keep the keep the crown in Seattle for years to come. If Boeing can maintain that. Will be based on freighters and military variants if they do. Geoff The 767 line is at 2.5/month, and the 747 line is at 0.5/month. http://investors.boeing.com...

I am happy to see more attention on deliveries. Planes delivered and the value of those delivered is hugely more significant than orders in the current environment. In my opinion the (5) annual points of interest in order of importance are: 1) Value of annual deliveries (obviously wide body deliveri...

And while narrowbody backlogs are growing, widebodies cannot get out of their slump. 777, 747 & A380 are at their lowest rates ever, A330neo sales are poorer than expected and although their backlogs are just as large, few new orders have been coming in for the A350 & 787. Nothing new about...

Last November, Airbus had a backlog of 5488 A320 family aircraft. At 70 per month that backlog is still worth 6 years and 6 months of production. Boeing on the other hand had 4065 orders for its 737 family, worth 5 years and 11 months of production at their planned peak of 57 aircraft per month. Fo...

Let's see.... Boeing made it's case before the WTO fifteen years ago. If the case had no merit it would not have been decided in Boeing's favor witch led to appeals by Airbus. The appeals process is now winding down and Boeing and Airbus will have to live with the findings. Unless many here feel the...
