On the PVD-LAX comment, no one even bothered with PVD-MIA (not even AA) until F9 took it up. They won't fill even an A319 from PVD unless it's two days a week.
Europe is a certainty for B6. The plan for T6 at JFK involves making it suitable for widebodies.
